There will be more stringent limitations on the group size with a minimum of eight and maximum of twelve participants. Although more intensive, the weekend course is gentle, supportive and energizing, and an experience to put you right on the track of recovery, resilience, life enrichment and mastery. A friendly reminder: One factor in a number of people’s depression is difficult financial circumstances. Another factor is difficulty spending money on oneself when there are other’s needs to be met. If either factor applies in your case, consider – how much depression has cost you and your family already, and can you afford not to recover and avoid relapse. Your Well Being Project is an investment in a depression-free future. You owe it to yourself.
